What we genuinely cannot help with
This matters, because messages of this kind arrive every week and the delay in getting a real answer can cost people money.
- Access to your exchange account. We have none. We cannot unlock accounts, reset two-factor authentication, release a withdrawal, or see a balance. Only the platform can, and for BitMEX that is bitmex.com.
- Recovering a lost or stolen transfer. Confirmed blockchain transactions are final. Nobody — not us, not the exchange, not the wallet developer — can reverse one.
- Trading advice. We will not tell you what to buy, when to sell, or what leverage to use. If a message asks, the answer will politely be no.
- Guaranteed-return offers. Recovery services, signal groups and managed-account pitches are deleted unread.
We will never ask you for a seed phrase, a private key, a password, a two-factor code or remote access to your device — not by email, not in any circumstance. Any message claiming to be from this site and asking for those things is fraudulent. Do not reply to it.
